I can understand but to lose in healthy way for long term always customized plans works the best. Just exercise is not enough as 90% role is played by your diet. So even if you sweat yourself for 2 hours and then your plate is not balanced all the efforts is waste. We will be able to suggest you correctly post consultation
You need to take high fiber low fat diet followed by detox diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals. Avoid outside food completely. Do crunches and pushups daily to reduce belly fat. Please ask me directly for customized diet plan for you.
