I am 33 years old. 5 feet 7 inches. 55 kg weight. have Thyroid issues. Consume Thyronorm 50 gm every day. I used to smoke earlier. Have quit. Want to gain weight and muscles. I am skinny by nature. Please suggest a diet chart that may met every day. I go to office around 12pm every day and return on 10:30 pm.
