Want to gain muscle while burning fat
I'm 5'9" with 68kg of weight having a pot belly and no muscle tone. Is it possible to gain muscle mass while burning belly fat. I have been engaging in weight training ans cardio for around 5 days a week.

Hi thanks for your query If you have central obesity which is common in male clients , Fat around the belly area is stubborn fat which can only be reduced through diet and exercise. I am glad that you are doing workouts but you need to include good quality proteins in your diet for gaining muscles.
