Dear user, I would suggest you to consult me personally as only improving calcium level won't work alone. Vitamin D is very much important for proper absorption of Calcium. If your diet is insufficient in Vitamin D or Calcium, other won't be effective alone. So your diet need to be customized as you are young so opting any other option would not be right for you. Hello, First of all you check your vit D and vit b12 levels.You can take calcium rich foods milk,paneer curd,green leafy veg, ragi,dry fruits.For proper absorption of nutrients you need to do some active exercise on regular basis You also need yo take a balanceddiet.

First chk ur vit d 3 and vit b12   level.  Increase calcium rich  food such as all whole grains  ragi, millet,  chana and all pulses . Increase healthy and balanced diet Increase protein and daily intake.

Hello mam...if you want to increase the calcium level...so you have to get include calcium rich food like all dark green leafy vegetables , all milk & milk products you can incorporate in your Diet...& If you the increase the calcium level you have to check your vitamin D3 level also..so kindly go through this guidelines

Please include Calcium rich foods in your diet. Include daily milk in your breakfast or take it before bed. Add Ragi (excellent source of calcium) seeds, green leafy vegetables, paneer , soy and tofu in your diet.
