Well is Supracal prescribed by your doctor ?? Well then ideally it must be consumed with breakfast but avoid drinking milk in case you are opting for animal milk please opt for plant-based milk like soy/almond milk/coconut milk instead
Next Steps
Better form of calcium’s are calcium citrate but generally calcium carbonate being the cheapest is offered
Health Tips
Try to consume calcium rich foods like banana, sesame seeds , leafy greens , nuts & seeds, lentils, citrus fruits & eggs

Healthy morning, Calcium should be taken in the morning ( about 1 hour after breakfast) or in the afternoon with plenty of water, giving us the opportunity to be exposed to more sunlight, which helps to absorb calcium more efficiently. And also You can take vitamin K supplements at any time of the day with a meal or snack that contains fat.
Health Tips
If the product contains calcium citrate, then it may be taken with or without food. Follow all directions on the product package or take as directed by your doctor or physician.
