Hi, You can take it once a day. Also optimally hydrate yourself by having a glass of water every hour. Calcium rich foods like Milk, Curd,Paneer, Black and white sesame seeds,Leafy vegetables, Ragi etc. can be added to your diet so that you dont go into a deficiency.
Hi! Please continue once a day as advised by your doctor , as you need additional calcium during breastfeeding. You can also include diet sources rich in calcium like paneer, cheese, til seeds, flax seeds . A diet chart should help you with modifications
