Which calcium supplement I can take without any side effect of kidney stone. I have history of kidney.
I am not able to consume milk and my bones feel weak.

The best natural source of calcium is seeds like sesame watermelon honey due melon sunflower.
Eat two tsp daily.
Also include seasonal vegetable like amaranth leaves ( also called chaulai) and guar phali in your diet.
