Calcium supplement with kidney stone
Which calcium supplement I can take without any side effect of kidney stone. I have history of kidney. I am not able to consume milk and my bones feel weak.

The best natural source of calcium is seeds like sesame watermelon honey due melon sunflower. Eat two tsp daily. Also include seasonal vegetable like amaranth leaves ( also called chaulai) and guar phali in your diet.

consult a physician for the same,  in diet, eat more fibres in meals, vitamin b deficiency can also be a cause of kidney stones, take liberal amountnof water, increase protiens in meals.
