Hello is it the milk that you cannot digest or is it same with curd and paneer as well or buttermilk ... See as far as my opinion is everything which is natural is better then the supplement .. so before adding any supplements in your diet ... If you are not to digest milk instead you can have milk products. Need more details about you like medical history , height , weight and blood report. You can include other calcium rich food in your diet white till, milk product ( curd , paneer & buttermilk) in your diet.
