Calcium supplement
Is it a good idea to take calcium supplements? My body cannot handle milk at all so i was wondering..

Hello is it the milk that you cannot digest or is it same with curd and paneer as well or buttermilk ... See as far as my opinion is everything which is natural is better then the supplement .. so before adding any supplements in your diet ... Try curd and paneer try eggs ... try Flax seeds Try Nachini And for any further assistance contact me

If you are not to digest milk instead you can have milk products. Need more details about you like medical history , height , weight and blood report. You can include other calcium rich food in your diet white till, milk product ( curd , paneer & buttermilk) in your diet. For more details consult me directly on Practo.

You must be lactose intolerant If your are deficient in calcium then only take supplement other wise you can get normally through your diet
