How much calcium dose is recommended daily?
What type of calcium is good Calcium Citrate or Calcium Carbonate?
Some plant based calcium are also available in market, are they useful??

Yes, calcium supplementation is required as per her age is concerned but what type of calcium and how much amount of calcium purely depends on her diet which she is taking now(her cuisine, intake of foods items etc)....
Need to know complete knowledge of the product in terms of ingredients used n drug contradictions etc before using any Supplimentation.
