YES. Celin is Ascorbic Acid( Vit C). Vit C enhances the absorption of Calcium. So they both go hand in Hand. consult me directly for the correct dosages.
I do recommend them together. Also as you asked about side effect, though they are rare but still if your body does not respond well to this and you observe Diarrhea, constipation, nausea, vomiting, abdominal cramps/pain, or heartburn may occur. If any of these effects persist or worsen, consult me directly.
