Celin 500 dosage
Can we swallow Celin 500 (Vitamin C medicine) with water or we should chew it ??? And what should be the dosage pattern . I will be consuming it for immunity purpose.

Hi you can consume it with glass of water. Once a day. Avoid consuming it with or just after tea coffee consumption.

Hello! Please chew the tablets , then drink water. The packet also mentions that the tablets are ‘chewable’. You can take one tablet per day, preferably 30 minutes after breakfast. Avoid taking coffee or tea.
