Calcium tablets
My mother aged 52 yrs has joint pains and body pains... Any good calcium supplement tablets plz .she is using ostocalcium tablet's... I want something better than that.. Plz suggest any good calcium tablets..

But calcium tablets and joints pain not much helpful. Take Ksheerabsla101 capsules one twice a day. Cissus quadrangularis tab/ cap from Himalaya co.one three times a day acts as analgesic and strengthens bones. External application of Neuron oil will relieve pain. Eat paste of walnut,almonds,figs dry grapes in milk. Eat drumstick and it's leaves ,cooked. Papaya,palak,methi ,milk milkproducts are common Ca supplements.eggs for nonveg.
