Hi, I can see your stomach is healthy according to the report. So, it would have been majorly happened due to GERD problem. In easy language frequent acidity and gas problem causing semidigested food back flow from stomach.

Hi, You need to include more fruits and green leafy vegetables in your diet.Please avoid spicy and deep fried food..Avoid taking citrus fruits..non citrus fruits is good for you..Avoid taking acidic food items
