Hi Add dairy products like milk, curd, paneer and cheese. Sesame seeds,chia seeds and flex seeds. Ragi (finger millet). Almonds, walnuts,figs and dates. Green leafy vegetables -spinach, fenugreek and drumstick leaves. Fish (salmon and sardines). Legumes , beans and sprouts.

avoid  tea and coffee . soft drinks and processed food.

have a combination of food like 1.ragi porridge +boiled egg +almonds 2.brown rice +dal +green leafy vegetables +curd 3.milk + makhana roasted in ghee. 4.quino pulao +paneer bhurji +salad.
