and i got results as
36.6% body fat, VF as 22.5
RM 21.33, BMI 36.5, Muscle Mass 26.4
That person is recomming me products worth 10000/month. I am not that much rich, Can any expert dieticien can tell me a diet plan for me. I am a vegetarian. Plz.. help me for my diet, i am a middle class person with a low salary and want to be fit in my life
