dinner to take chappathi , green gram dosa, ragi dosa , wheat dosa , wheat rava upma , millets dosa etc , breakfast also the same or else to take normal idly , dosa  in that to reduce the quantities  , to take 3 nos that's enough

South Indian diet is more rice based, So,in every meal just double the amount of sambar, or dal or curry.example 1 idli will go with 2 bowls of sambar. Obesity will be taken care.
