Hi I'm overweight and recently had leg inflammation due to high level of uric acid. Can this be controlled with balanced diet or should I consult urologist for uric acid and urinary infection treatment kindly advise. I am 84 kilos and my height is 173cms I am planning to reduce weight with diet and low intense workout
