Ulcer, pimple inside cheek

Hi I have pimple inside the cheek portion. For the past 3 days I am experiencing a bit of pain. I am applying dettol and doing warn Salt water gargle. Please suggest me what to do. Attaching the pic. Thanks

Hi this looks like traumatic ulcer...you can start Nurobion forte once a day for week Limcee once a day for a week Topically apply dologel Dont use dettol as its not indicated to use intraorally. Avoid biting on ulcer during chewing

Hello, duration of ulcer ,since how long it is ?? Visit a nearby dentist and get it evaluated . Is there any pus discharge from it , any sharp teeth that impinge that area ?? It seems to be a traumatic ulcer . Meanwhile apply mucopain on that ulcer. Tab B complex 1 OD for 15 days .
