Hi Don't eat meat daily it has more cholesterol. And trans fat which is not safe for heart You can take milk products in moderation Have egg whites in the morning 2-3 Take direct consultation for customised diet plan as you have not given many information about your health Like height weight  eating habits

Hi Try to take a good healthy meal which comprise the food groups that us carbohydrates ,protein, fats, Vitamin,  minerals. Your meal should be balanced. I cannot tell you what to eat what not to eat without knowing your details.
