Hello!
bleeding could be because of deposits or food loadgement on your teeth. Visit your dentist and get a deep scaling done. Brush twice a day, floss regularly and rinse after every meal.
Hello,
The gap or loss of contact between your teeth could be due to caries, which leads to food lodgement causing inflammation in the gums, leading to bleeding.
You need to visit a dentist and get the teeth restored.A round of cleaning is also recommended.

Hi
The blood is probably due to swelling of gums which in turn is a result of food particles getting stuck there .
You should get a professional cleaning done followed with space closure of teeth if you willing . Or else maintain that space with regular flossing and brushing
