Hello ,
Kindly check your Vitamin B12, Vitamin D , Hemoglobin, then consult a doctor for supplements only if required. If you're non veg you may consume a balanced diet with minimal or no supplements.

At 30, focus on correcting deficiencies rather than taking multiple supplements blindly. A basic routine can include:
• Multivitamin (once daily)
• Vitamin D3 (if levels are low)
• Omega-3 fatty acids
• Biotin (for hair & nails, if needed)
• Collagen (optional for skin support)
However, I recommend getting basic blood tests (Vitamin D, B12, iron, thyroid) before starting supplements. A balanced diet, adequate protein, hydration, sleep, and strength training are equally important for skin, hair, and weight maintenance.
Go for a complete blood tests and work with a Nutririonist to understand your requirements for supplements. General supplements may not help. If you have deficiencies of VitD, B12, Iron, Zn, Mg, the dosage and the duration of supplements have to be given accordingly. You can book a consult with me
Hello,
You don't need much supplements if you are taking a very nutrient dense diet. But vegetarians and vegans do need to take some supplements to prevent deficiencies like vitamin b12, vitamin d3, omega 3. Other supplements really need to be taken if you are deficient in any 1 or multiple nutrients, which needs blood tests to be done.
Many people take supplements but still have poor blood levels because of poor absorption, which can have many reasons why it's not adequately absorbed. Poor gut health, poor digestion, conditions like IBS, Crohn's etc.
If your blood parameters are within normal range and you are healthy overall then you don't really need supplements.
Unnecesaary supplement consumption can also lead to toxicity and may damage your heart, liver and kidneys.
Before starting any supplements need to check your blood profile and if required can be advised else we will suggest foods options and remedy for hair skin nails . For details you can plan contact us
Before starting any supplements it’s always better to go for proper vital check or consult a physician. Excess of nutrient for the body is not healthy. You can also start a healthy and balance diet as per the constitution ( vata/pitta/kapha) that will give you amazing results instead of any supplements.
