Hello, supplements add to the renal load and may affect the kidneys in the longer run. It's always better to stick to dietary sources over any supplementation unless medically advised. Moreover, the commercial supplements may also reduce the body's ability to produce or utilize them better. Instead, I would recommend you to eat protein rich foods such as lentils, pulses, milk, curd, sprouts, eggs, fish, chicken, nuts etc. Also add a lot of fruits and vegetables to aid in protein absorption.
