Multivitamins can be helpful in some cases, especially if your diet lacks certain nutrients or if you have specific health conditions that increase your nutritional needs. However, it's always best to try to meet your vitamin and mineral needs through a balanced diet first. If you're considering a multivitamin, I can review your current intake and health status to see if it's truly needed and help you choose the right one. Taking unnecessary supplements isn't always beneficial and sometimes can even be harmful

Do Common Screening Tests Before Multivitamin Use

Hello, Do you have any deficiencies? Without ruling it out about which and why that deficiency is in your blood will not be the healthy way. First check your blood labs. If you find any, opt for supplements, otherwise try to take home based healthy foods.
Next Steps
For best results, follow a balanced vegetarian diet that supports your well-being. You can consult for a personalized diet plan.

- Multivitamins are a combination of essential vitamins and minerals that help support your overall health and improve your immunity. Supplements should be added to fill the gap in the diet, not to replace any food. - They are especially useful when your daily diet lacks a variety of foods, especially fruits and vegetables, and you are unable to meet your nutrient needs due to a busy lifestyle, low appetite, or dietary restrictions.  - Nutrients like B-complex vitamins, Vitamin D, iron, zinc, and magnesium play key roles in energy production, immunity, bone health, skin and hair health, and hormonal balance. - If you are eating a balanced diet with fresh fruits, vegetables, whole grains, proteins, and healthy fats, your body may already be getting what it needs. Taking unnecessary supplements can do more harm than good in the long run. If you are feeling low in energy, falling sick often, or have hair fall or dull skin, you may consider taking a multivitamin after consulting with your doctor.

Supplements should be taken as per your blood reports or any symptoms if you are going theough. Excess of anything again it's not healthy. Better to choose any medication after proper investigation.  Try to take healthy and balanced diet instead likewise More of fruits and veggies Plenty of water Salad with meal Adequate amount of sleep Zero stress techniques etc
