Hi, Almonds are a great source of essential fats, vitamins like E and minerals and are considered a superfood for your immunity. However they are heaty by nature and thus should be soaked overnight. Also it contains anti-nutritional substance Tannin which reduces on soaking. About 6-8/day should be fine.
If no other dietary restrictions are there then around 10 almonds per day can be consumed by age group 28 to 30yrs, no special recommendations for pregnant women ,the same is applicable .
