What should she prefer as her diet and meal to get the best result and she could loose weight? Because of heavyweight she is not able to work properly and has some health issues too... Please help me the best way out to solve this problem

For reducing weight follow three main things like healthy diet,exercise and walk early morning and evening. Take high fibre food in ur diet. Add more fruits and vegetables in ur diet. Add planty of water. Avoid oily and fried food.

Hello. Weight loss depends on several factors like food intake, physical activity, underlying medical issues, stress, sleep problems and hormonal imbalance. She must take 3 litres of water daily, eat fresh fruits and raw vegetables daily as a meal, cut down on Roti /rice , start daily exercise at home.
