Hello Doctor, Please advise if there is any need to change my medication. I am having Hypothyroidism for last 10 years and presently having Thyronorm 75 mcg everyday once before meal.

Hello, these reports are normal . Just repeat the thyroid function test and keep following the report every 6 -8 week so that you can increase or decrease the dose.
Next Steps
Kindly keep a track on symptoms of hypothyroidism like weight gain, cold intolerance (feeling of excessive cold). These are signs that you need to increase the dose of thyroxine.

As your TSH is still in well above range , you need to increase Thyronorm dosage . I would recomend repeat Thyroid function test , TPO antibody test and review within one week .

Hi. You would need to get a repeat thyroid function tests, early morning, empty stomach without taking your thyroid medicine or water even. And then based on the reports we can reasses the doses. For further resolution kindly consult.

I think u need to share prior thyroid report .last time the dose changed .were u taking the dose without missing ..any other symptoms?better to consult with a regular follow up with your treating doctor  for complex disorders like thyroid .
