Reducing of belly fat
I am around 57kg body wèight with a height òf 5'9" . Overall my body is thin but the area around belly( lower belly as well as upper belly ) has a lots of am mout of fat, which looks bad for my posture . I want to reduce my belly fat but i don't have the time for intense workout.

It's not required for you to intensively workout, 45 mins of workout would do. Try to increase your protein intake in every meal. Small and frequent meals will help improve your metabolism and allow more muscles to build up. Having just 3 large meals could be one reason for increase in your belly fat alone.
