Reduce body fat and reduce weight
Hi I'm 31 years and my TDEE 2175 my bmi is 33.7 currently my weight is 93 and my height is 165cms so kindly suggest me a healthy lifestyle and reduce body fat and become slim. Any natural way without any supplements and shortcuts. I also want to know how to calculate my body fat to be on safer side. I'm located in Bangalore
