Hello It is normal for the new (permanent) teeth to erupt behind the milk teeth. However if the milk teeth don't shed naturally , you must visit a dentist or a Pedodontist to get it checked. An X-ray will be doe to assess if it will come out on it own or an extraction needs to be done
Next Steps
Visit a pedodontist

If the new teeth , which is known as permanent teeth has already started to erupt , then you must visit the dentist to get the old or milk teeth extracted . Otherwise position of permanent teeth would alter leading to its malposition , hence disturbing the whole dentition .
Next Steps
Visit a dentist and get a thorough examination done .

Hi if it's the front tooth that you are concerned about them ideally between the ages of 6 to 7 years is when the milk teeth start shedding and the permanent teeth erupt. She's still short of the shedding age. You can wait patiently as they will fall off or atleast start shaking slowly. If it is of concern then you can visit a dentist and get the milk teeth removed. Yes the permanent teeth will come out on its own if it doesn't come out post 7years then intervention is required.
Next Steps
Kindly get a consult.

It’s normal. Don’t worry. The first permanent teeth to come is always the last molar which comes out in six year before any of the milk teeth falls. It’s called the six year molar. Once this has erupted slowly her front teeth will start becoming mobile. If you are worried you can visit your dentist and take an X-ray

Give your daughter raw fruit in whole to eat(not in pieces). You can wait for 2-4 weeks(otherwise visit a local pedodontist for removal of milk teeth)
