Health Tips
Do not just jump to have protein powder.i understand you are vegetarian but still it's better to take any supplement under the guidance of a qualified nutritionist.
Aflatoxins are usually contained in the peanuts that are rotten..Be particularly careful about that. Also you need to take not more than 30 gm a day.
Take almonds, almond milk, Soyamilk, soya chunks, millets like ragi, jowar bajra for proteins
Only Peanuts will not going to help you anyways. Take home cooked meals comprising all nutrients macros and micros. Take good fats, carbs n protein. Limit all processed preserved packaged and outside food completely. Stop hard drinks and smoking if any. Take good water intake of atleast 3-4 lit a day.
Alongwith the dietary changes, lifestyle modifications must be done like Physical activity for atleast 1 hour, time discipline should be fixed for all meals and other activities. Try getting sleep for 6-8 hrs min.
