Yes, you can give peanut butter to your 5-year-old daughter and 3-year-old son, but it's essential to take some precautions. Peanut butter is a nutritious food rich in protein, healthy fats, and other essential nutrients. However, some children have peanut allergies, which can be severe. Before introducing peanut butter, consult your paediatrician to check for any allergies. When offering it, start with a small amount to monitor any adverse reactions. Use a smooth, unsalted, and natural peanut butter without added sugars or additives. Also, be mindful of choking hazards and spread it thinly on age-appropriate foods like bread or crackers.

Hi, For 3 year old do not encourage to give due to the choking hazard, for 5 year old, can give in moderation. It's a rich protein source, helps in muscle, bone, brain & other organs of the body. Can give normal butter, cream, malai on top of bread, parathas, crackers etc. to kids as of now.
