There are two types of peanut butter available in the market which are ,
1.Processed Peanut butter
2.Natural peanut butter
First of all, which peanut butter is best depends upon if the peanut butter is natural or not.
Natural Peanut Butter- Is the peanut butter made up using only peanut, no hydrogenated fat or oils, or preservatives. Thus the best option to consume. The natural peanut butter will be always in the runny form and will never be in semi-solid form like actual l butter
Hi,kindly book a consultation with me so that we can have a proper discussion before i can suggest you with a solution. I am available right now regards.
Only Peanut butter won't help.
Take home cooked meals comprising all nutrients macros and micros. If living in PG take meals matched with home meals . Take good fats, carbs n protein. Limit all processed preserved packaged and outside food completely. Stop hard drinks and smoking if any. Take good water intake of atleast 3-4 lit a day.
Alongwith the dietary changes, lifestyle modifications must be done like Physical activity for atleast 1 hour, time discipline should be fixed for all meals and other activities. Try getting sleep for 6-8 hrs min.
