Hi Have foods rich in iron, folic acid, proteins, ghee, omega 3 fatty acids etc.. Seasonal fruits, vegetables, especially dark green leafy vegetables like sorrel leaves, palak, methi etc.. Dates, raisins, walnuts, almonds, egg whites, plant proteins, whole cereal grains, all variety dals like lentils, oily fish, chicken soups, flaxseeds, millets, watermelon, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, til oil.. Daily exercises both morning and evening, 30 to 45 mins brisk walking daily, healthy lifestyle and well balanced meals etc.. Foods rich in micro nutrients like fat soluble vitamins like vitamin A, vitamin d, vit E, vit K , zinc, copper, iron, selenium , folic acid, iodine for good hair and skin.. Avoid cruciferous vegetables for thyroid issue... Have enough water, good sleep, daily exercises and well balanced diet, high fiber diets are the key for maintaining overall good health.. You need to boost your body with protein and micronutrients. Include protein sources like walnuts, almonds, fish , eggs,  legumes, soya, Mushroom in diet. Hi. Take 3 litres of water daily, eat fresh fruits and raw vegetables with meals, start yoga/ daily exercise. Avoid all junk /oily food. Multivitamins cannot be given without detailed history and assessment.
