You need to take high fiber low fat diet followed by detox diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals. Avoid outside food completely. Do crunches and pushups daily to reduce belly fat. Ask me directly for customized diet plan for you.

Making a healthy lifestyle. 70% diet and 30% exercise are good for weight loss. Do’s- use skimmed/ tonned milk (300ml) daily Use curd or paneer made up from the tonned milk also Use olive oil, rice bran oil, saffola, mustard oil in the cooking Drink 8-10 glass of water daily and walk 15-30 minutes is advisable Don’t- avoid sugar and it’s products completely Avoid roots vegetables like potato, arbhi , zimikand etc. Avoid tinned, canned, fried , processed food products Avoid pickles and papad , sour products like vinegar, tamarind , amla etc.

Hello hi, To start with PCOS is life style disorder so if you are over weight start working on fat loss by following a discipline diet routine like start eating 5-6 meals in a day that includes breakfast,Lunch ,dinner and 2-3 simple and easily available snacks like fruits,nuts,Green tea.Start with 20 mins of brisk walk followed by simple home based exercise that helps in belly fat reduction so the chances of pregnancy will be always more and manage your stress well as stress effects your overall health and fitness.Dont worry things will fall in place soon if you do simple changes in your life style.

It's quite unfortunate if you are not maintaining proper diet plan & timings,& suffering from PCOS.  Exercise makeup your body structure to some extent, up to 30% only. 70% weightage on Diet.
