According to ur height ur wt is too much high so for reducing wt u hv to give some extra effort for ur self. So for reducing wt follow three main things like healthy diet, exercise and brisk walk morning and evening. Take high fiber food in ur diet. Add more fruits and vegetables in ur diet. Add plenty of water. Small and frequent feeding should be included in your diet. Avoid junk and oily food.

Hello user at this age your weight is significantly very high I would suggest some lifestyle changes and some fooding tips which will not include much of cooking and you can maintain your body weight surely ... 1 If you have steps in your working place and home first thing is don't use lift always use steps this is a form of excercise for you it will not take much of your time and will give great benefits ... 2 .Check your water intake ... According to your height and weight you should atleast have 2-3 litres daily .. 3. If you skip your breakfast or eat mess or canteen food avoid that instead use Milk and cereals " readymade cornflakes / museli and add milk to it .. 4.If not possible include fruits in your diet .. 5 Mid snacks should never be a patty or any bakery item avoid all that and you can take a glass of buttermilk or lemon water avoid sugar .. 6.Mumura / roasted channa are good options portion size to be kept in mind 7. Lunch should be no chole batura and stuff opt for Dal + Roti + green veg + rice can also be included ..check portion size ... You have to make a healthy routine first. You have to avoid sugar completely, roots vegetables, pickles and papad, tomato gravies ,ketchups .
