Hi Thanks for your query. I suggest u to go for low calorie diet i.e low calorie foods to consume. Take less rice no fried,junk,cream based, oily,rich butter ghee full meals,no BIRIYANI ,polao, no outside curry,gravy etc. Take small but are meals.keep puffed rice flakes cream craker biscuit for hugry. Take whole grains, whole wheat, etc.oat,Dalia,porridge, pasta,light snack without Dr y fruits are helpful. Oil only 4gm masters oil or safola. Plenty of vegetables, Fruits except few lik banana, mango, brinjal local,sea fishes. Sleep less & over all very much dynamic lifestyles. Walking, jogging two times one hr very effective.
