Unable to loose weight
Hello, Please help me how to loose weight. As i have very busy schedule and un-balance work life due to which i am not able to go gym.

Take high fiber low fat diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hrs. Avoid outside food completely. Ask me directly for customized diet plan for you

Hello. You still can lose weight. Try eating wholesome healthy meals with sufficient low fat proteins like dal, while pulses, low fat curd, paneer etc. Avoid fried and sweets. Consult me personally to design a plan for you which will go good with your routine. Regards
