Dear user first of all I want to let you know that diet along with exercise will help you to loose your weight. Second thing is that rigorous exercise won't help you to loose your weight because body becomes habitual to it and for same exercise. Now if I talk about reality, not to keep you in dark then as per your target you want to reduce 20kgs weight within just 2- 3 months. So if you won't follow any crash or fad diet and want to go for healthy weight loss which will be sustainable then  it all depends on your metabolism because weight loss process depends on individual to individual. If your metabolism is quite good and body response quickly then might be you will hit your target somewhere around 10-15kgs. And being a dietitian and nutritionist i won't suggest you to follow any crash diet or nutrition quacks which will put your health at risk.

Hello, Information is inadequate so please provide complete information to plan Balance weight loss diet.  For sustainable weight reduction results you have to do exercise as well proper diet. Both has go hand in hand. On  most important more number of exercise dose not mean more number of Kg.  Excessive exercise can lead to more stress on your body. More stress lead to hormonal changes leading to weight gain. So 1hr of exercise is enough for fitness and weight reduction. Slow and steady weight reduction is more sustainable than fast and drastic weight reduction as this  tends to bounce back again quickly.
Next Steps
Please provide complete information like medical history, daily eating habits, food choices etc. Contact through direct consultation for diet plan  with above details.
