Don't  starve your self, lose weight in healthy manner. .Take  balanced diet, high in protein and fiber .Regular exercise .adequate water .Proper adequate sleep You can achieve your goals in 2to 2 and half month Do dieting  under proper guidance other wise your  may suffer from nutritional  deficiencies.

For reducing weight follow three main things like healthy diet ,exercise and walk early morning and evening.take high fibre food in ur diet.add more fruits and vegetables in ur diet.add planty of water.avoid oily and fried food.
