Oats raw or roasted
Is it safe to blend raw oats of Patanjali brand in protein shake or first i should roast them before mixing ? Please advice bcz I feel raw oats may ve impurities

Hi, You can take in either form. Apart from Protein shake there are vast recipes in which the Oats can be used like Oats chilla, Oats khichdi, Oats rolls etc.

You can take non roasted there is no harm. Try to change your meal on weekly basis else body will get use to of the same meal.
