Hello dear See, there is no harm in eating these food in limited amount. As it may cause some problems like high bp and normally these are not healthy for you and for your baby. Secondly, We have pregnancy diet plan which include .  diet plan for each trimester . Diet plan for curing deficiencies and for better foetus development . Diet plan to cure symptoms occurs during 2nd trimester like gestational diabetes, thyroid, overweight, bp.etc . Post pregnancy diet plan But before prescribing any thing we need some information . Hello. If you have tried the oats before and have no allergic reaction to it, then you could have these oats once a while. Though its always better to make such masala oats at home. You can take any plain rolled oats, instead of cooking in water you could also prepare it in milk, then add the desired spices, in less quantity, and have fresh, as the out side ready to cook items will contain some source of preservation. But of course having these items once a while during pregnancy is of no worry.
