Nerve problem
I am having pain in my left leg, whenever I get up and take 2-3 steps. After that if I lie down it gets better after some time. This has been happening for the last 6 days. I tried to consult a general physician first and then ortho. Did some x-rays also, nothing from there. It is getting worse.

Better take tab supradyn (vitamin supplements ) and tab shelcal 250mg both morning and night Do walking for 30 minutes a days Or you can prefer physiotherapist for some leg exercises Follow this for a week if still you feel same better contact me

Eterocoxib thyocholchiside two times a day after food for three to five days. Cap nervez one at night for two weeks to strengthen the nerve. Physiotherapy is giving you very good results.

Such pain might be due to Excessive Stress exerted over the leg by you or some improper positioning of leg While Standing.
Next Steps
Apply Diclofenac Gel / Spray over the area and wrap it (not too tight) via Crepe Bandage / Cloath. Do Regular Exercise and do visit Physiotherapist if problem persist.

Avoid Putting leg into OverStress. If Problem Persists you can go for MRI (Visit Doctor First).

Pls go with some strengthening ex's for your spine..it can relieve your pain.
