Hi there. Chest pain that sharpens directly with movement, positional changes, or deep inspiration points toward chest wall strain, costochondritis, or intercostal nerve irritation rather than an internal cardiac origin.   While reassuring, any lingering chest pain warrants proper clinical evaluation to determine if it is muscular, nerve-related, or joint-based. Avoid strenuous upper-body exertion and apply gentle local warmth.   For an accurate clinical assessment and a tailored prescription for targeted pain relief, feel free to book a direct consultation with me on Practo, or message directly on WhatsApp at six three six nine four six zero five seven seven.

What was the history of pain and how it started? Must need the whole history. Symptomatic treatment will not help if this is a nerve pain. Consult the doctor

Pain that increases with movement can sometimes be related to the chest wall, muscles, ribs, or nerves. However, chest pain can have several other causes, and it is not possible to determine the exact cause without a proper history and examination. Since your pain has been present for a few days and is increasing, I would recommend a medical evaluation rather than self-treating.
Next Steps
Please consult a physician for a detailed assessment. The doctor may evaluate the nature of the pain, its exact location, relation to movement/breathing, associated symptoms, and relevant medical history and decide whether any examination or investigations are required. If you develop severe or sudden chest pain, difficulty breathing, sweating, fainting/dizziness, palpitations, pain spreading to the arm/jaw/back, or rapidly worsening symptoms, seek urgent medical care/emergency evaluation.
Health Tips
Until you are evaluated, avoid strenuous exercise or activities that clearly aggravate the pain. Avoid taking painkillers repeatedly without medical advice, particularly if you have any history of gastric, kidney, liver, bleeding or other medical problems. For a detailed assessment and appropriate treatment guidance, you may book an online consultation with me. I can review your symptoms and medical history and guide you regarding the next appropriate step. Dr. NRIPENDRA KUMAR TRIPATHI

Chest pain that aggravates with body movement or deep breathing typically points toward a musculoskeletal or intercostal origin rather than the heart. That said, any persistent chest symptom requires proper evaluation to safely rule out cardiac or pulmonary involvement before treating it purely as muscle strain.
Next Steps
Please get an in-person clinical check and a basic ECG to stay safe. You can also consult me directly on Practo for a proper review and personalized guidance.

Chest mein pain jo movement ke saath badh raha hai, wo kabhi-kabhi muscle strain ya chest-wall pain ki wajah se ho sakta hai, lekin chest pain ko bina proper assessment ke sirf muscle/nerve pain maan lena safe nahi hai. Aap ye observe karein ki pain kis movement se badhta hai, deep breath/cough se increase hota hai ya nahi, aur chest press karne par same pain reproduce hota hai ya nahi. Filhaal heavy exercise/lifting avoid karein. Agar pain pressure/heaviness jaisa ho, saath mein breathlessness, sweating, nausea, palpitations, fainting, ya pain arm/jaw/back tak ja raha ho, to online advice ka wait na karein aur urgent medical evaluation karwayein. Agar pain kuch din se persistent hai, to consultation mein detailed history ke basis par cause assess karna better rahega. Aap apni symptoms ki duration, exact location aur pain kis movement se trigger hota hai, ye details share kar sakti hain.

It can be due to strenuous exercise if you had any recently, or any injury. You may take any muscle relaxant if you are not taking any other.
Next Steps
Get yourself consulted if symptoms persist or aggravate.
Health Tips
You don’t need to worry about cardiac causes if you don’t face any breathing problems, headache, blood pressure problems or sorts.

Chest pain that changes with movement or position is often muscular, but ruling out other causes is mandatory.
Next Steps
Please see a physician soon for a clinical exam and an ECG, especially if you notice breathlessness or pain spreading to your left arm mainly.
Health Tips
If the pain turns severe, or comes with sweating or breathlessness at rest, seek emergency care immediately.
