Excess Masturbation stops muscle growth?
Hello doctor. I wanted to know ,does excess masturbation (eg. 2-3 times a day) retard muscle and height growth? I've heard that sperms need a lot of proteins and many more nutrients for their formation.. so does this mean that they can be responsible for retarding height and body development?
