Hello doctors, from past 5-6 days I am facing this issue, I feel too much heat in my body and Im sweating too much, especially from head to neck area, and I have a round red patch which is like a rash on my scrotum. And I think this is because of my excessive smoking (around 7 ciggerates a day). I am smoking since past 5 years I had control over it. But for these past few days I am not able to control my urge. As soon as I wake up and brush my teeth I need it. I go for a walk and I start to sweat in just 500m distance. I have a cup of tea with a smoke and during the session I sweat even more. And same goes in the evening time. Even after having sufficient food for lunch I feel too much hungry, heat inside my body. Then I buy some snacks, a cooldrink or an icecream.

I don't know what you are trying to convey. You sweat a lot and you feel heat in your body. You smoke too much.
Frankly, I thought I was reading a post from a lady who had these symptoms just before her periods.
Please look after your health. Stop smoking. At least reduce it by 50%.
I am not aware of any Medicines which can be given to a male with these symptoms.
