Right hand and leg pain

Asked for Male, 22 Years

2 days before I had pain in my right hand and right leg,From next morning I am having mild pain at the whole of my right hand and often a dizzyness at my right hand and my right leg also having a light pain sometime and a dizziness at right leg, I am also feeling my right leg a bit heavy, give some advice.
