Aapne jo symptoms bataye hain—raat me rest karne ya sone ke time pairon me ajeeb sa discomfort/sensation hona, kabhi ek aur kabhi doosre leg me, aur discomfort ke time pair ko bend/stretch ya move karne ka mann hona—ye symptoms Restless Legs Syndrome (RLS) se related ho sakte hain. Isme aksar raat me symptoms zyada hote hain aur pair hilane ya stretch karne se temporary relief milta hai.
Next Steps
Sone se pehle 10–15 min gentle leg stretching karein • Light walking ya warm bath/leg massage try kar sakte hain • Shaam ke baad excessive tea/coffee/energy drinks avoid karein • Regular sleep timing maintain karein • Bina consultation ke iron, pregabalin/gabapentin ya koi nerve medicine start na karein.
Health Tips
Aap mujhe ye bhi bataiye ki ye problem kitne time se hai, pair hilane ya chalne se relief milta hai ya nahi, sensation burning/jhanjhanahat/pulling kaisi hoti hai, aur kya back pain ya numbness/weakness bhi hai. Isse cause ko better understand karne me help milegi.

Your symptoms can arise from nerve irritation, muscle strain, or less commonly a circulation problem; examination is needed to distinguish these. Since the pain is disturbing sleep and affecting both legs, please do not ignore it. I would assess your back, nerves and pulses and decide if blood tests are needed. You may consult or book an appointment with me on Practo for a proper evaluation.
Next Steps
Please arrange an in-person consultation soon. Seek urgent care if one leg becomes swollen, red or warm, or if you develop weakness, severe numbness, or breathing difficulty.

Pain or an odd sensation in the legs that worsens at night and eases with movement is a recognised pattern, often linked to nerve or circulation-related causes.
Next Steps
A neurologist or general physician is the right starting point for this, since it may need a nerve conduction check or blood work to find the cause.
Health Tips
Since you're already on some medications and have known allergies, mention this new symptom to whoever prescribes them before starting anything new.
