I have tingling in both legs and lower feet pain, especially while sitting. Six months ago, I was diagnosed with
Vitamin B12 deficiency and took high-dose B12 supplements for 45 days. I did not recheck B12 levels after that. While sitting, tingling and discomfort worsen, but improve temporarily when I lie down with knees bent or after taking B12 supplements—though relief lasts only 2–3 hours.
Recently, I noticed the symptoms shifting from the glute region to the groin area. I'm also experiencing muscle tightness and nerve-like sensations. I’ve had a sedentary lifestyle involving long sitting periods. Could this be due to unresolved B12 deficiency, sciatic or pudendal nerve involvement, or something else? Should I restart B12 or do further nerve or vitamin testing? Please guide on next steps.
