My weight is low 44 kg and I am 24 years and hight is 5 fit 3 inch . so what I do .

For weight gain u need high protein diet and balanced nutrition and do exercises. Avoid outside foods and packets foods junkfoods fatty food's processed foods. Drink water 16glasses daily.

For gaining weight follow healthy diet , exercise and walk early morning and evening which increase ur metabolism. Don't skip ur breakfast which increase ur appetite. Take high calorie and rich protein In ur diet. Add good fat and nuts in ur diet. Add more fruits and vegetables in ur diet.
