Maximum dose for vitamin b12
My vitamin b12 is 152 I am taking methycobal. Please suggest the maximum dose of methycobal i can take as per my 152 reading for vitamin b12 My vitamin d is also low at just 5.5 a f I am also taking Uprise D3 60-K for vitamin D.
